100 Years, 100 Hopes
This is a calm, symbolic gallery of hopes and dreams for an organization’s next 100 years. It allows reflection, contribution, and collective aspiration without pressure. Use this activity after an opening plenary to ground people, after an intense workshop for a reflective cooldown, or before commitment-setting or closing rituals.
Instructions:
Form teams of 5–8.
Reflect on: "What is our hope for our organization’s next century?"
Write or draw these hopes creatively on manila paper.
Post outputs around the room as a "Vision Gallery."
Allow participants to quietly walk around and read.
Processing Suggestions:
Ask: "Which hopes resonated with you the most?"
Reflect: How do personal hopes align with your organization’s formal vision?
