Are your courses and consulting work only for Talent or Organization Development professionals?

While my expertise are in these two areas, the topics and lessons I cover are applicable to individuals looking for personal development as well as leaders searching for ways to strengthen their capabilities.

What makes your approach different?

I always make it a point to teach and cover difficult concepts accessible and practical. You’ll never see me explaining something or working through a problem using gibberish, jargon-y language that other instructors or consultants love to use. I don’t think Talent or Organization Development should be difficult, otherwise how can any improvement happen?

How much are your courses or consulting engagement?

My fees are in line with current market practices. For work specific to the Public Sector in the Philippines, I charge according to DBM’s Budget Circular No. 2017-1 dated 23 April 2017, Item 4.2 with MSR max set to SG 29.

Given the current scenario, can your courses or consulting work be implemented online?

Definitely. We can do courses online, synchronous, asynchronous or blended. For consulting, the meetings, interviews, dialogues, and projects can also be managed online, synchronous, asynchronous or blended.
