About me

Hi, my name is Lito Lupena and I’m based in the Philippines. I have more than 20 years experience in the field of Talent and Organization Development. Most recently, I have been assisting organizations in their Digital Transformation.

I have experience in both the private and public sectors, and have worked across industries such as the academe, national and local government, manufacturing, property development, shipping, business process outsourcing, and IT.

I’ve worked in both local and international areas such as Singapore; Richmond, Virginia and Nashville; Tennessee; Baltimore, Maryland; and Thailand. Lately, my work online has introduced me to a global audience.

In Talent Development, my areas of interest are in Learning and Development, Online Learning, Learning Evaluation, and Competency Framework Development and Profiling. In Organization Development, I specialize in Organization Assessment, Strategy Development and Execution, as well as Organization Structure.

In the area of Digital Transformation, I’ve been helping organizations develop strategies to move their processes and workflows into the digital domain. Specifically for learning and development, I help migrate face-to-face courses to the online space, and also assist in creating online portals for organizations.

I am affiliated with many known institutions such as DDI, CEB-SHL, AAI, ADB, PAHRDOF, PRMF and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, and also a partner of organizations such as Human Capital Asia, Inc., and iCoDE Today, Ltd.
