YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Lito Lupena has more than 25 years experience in the field of HR and OD and has been leading talent management programs in many organizations. His interest in leadership transition resulted from his observation that leaders usually have a hard time becoming better because of their initial introduction to the role. This initial phase is an acute state of vulnerability that, if not deliberately handled, spells the entire future behavior of leaders. This course is a product of that observation, and seeks to correct how leaders should transition into their role to be more effective in the future. Mr Lupena is affiliated with many known institutions such as DDI, CEB-SHL, AAI, ADB, PAHRDOF, PRMF, Human Capital Asia, Inc., iCoDE Today, Ltd., and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.
