On to 2022…

This year has been nothing short of unexpected. We've been challenged and changed, made to live in ways we never imagined and forced to look at many aspects of our lives.

Even if the only thing you accomplished in 2021 was surviving it, despite the uncertainties, the silent battles and living in this increasingly difficult time, you deserve to be proud of yourself. We made it!

I've learned so much about myself the past 12 months, and that's only because I've been forced to spend time beside myself, and that I've been lucky enough to still have food to eat and work to get busy with – in a year full of challenges and limitations.

As we near the last few days of 2021… Stop and take a moment to count your blessings, to acknowledge the wonderful people that surround you, to give yourself credit and to start prioritizing whatever it is that is important to you.

Let’s leave our regrets and mistakes in 2021 and look forward with hope and forgiveness this 2022 — we all deserve new beginnings that have happier endings. Our dreams remain valid and achievable. However slow we move, let's make sure that we at least move forward.

Tell your nearest and dearest that you love them and to make a promise to yourself – to make the most of the limited time that you have. We don't know how much time we have, so go and truly live with that knowledge as often as you can.

Happy New Year!
